Le changement de vocable, de \u2018formation\u2019 \u00e0 \u2018learning\u2019 t\u00e9moigne de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de changer la learning culture interne. L\u2019entreprise doit se d\u00e9faire de la lourdeur associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la formation pour devenir facilitatrice, curatrice, conceptrice d\u2019exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage. Chacun doit apprendre \u00e0 apprendre, et l\u2019organisation aussi. Pour cela, il faut faire \u00e9voluer la culture de d&rsquo;apprentissage, mais comment ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lib\u00e9rer, d\u00e9livrer la learning culture &#8230;. ou + pompeusement, l&rsquo;Open Learning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Directement inspir\u00e9 des travaux de C\u00e9lestin Freinet et de\nMaria Montessori, l\u2019open learning permet d\u2019apprendre par soi-m\u00eame, de mani\u00e8re\nautonome et par int\u00e9r\u00eat. Ainsi, le learning devient personnalis\u00e9 et engageant,\nplus exigeant aussi car fond\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9solution active de probl\u00e8mes et donc\nplus efficace d\u2019un point de vue neurologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans que personne ne les y pousse \u201c43 % des collaborateurs\napprennent en dehors de l\u2019entreprise\u201d. Au lieu de contr\u00f4ler, de consid\u00e9rer que\nla formation n\u2019est que ce qui peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9, ce qui permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la\ntaxe, l\u2019entreprise doit mettre en place un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me favorable. Le d\u00e9partement\nFormation doit \u00e9voluer vers une approche plus sociale, plus ax\u00e9e sur le\nd\u00e9veloppement personnel. Learning = investissement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise dans son ensemble doit consid\u00e9rer que \u2018 Se former, c\u2019est travailler et travailler c\u2019est se former \u2019. Il faut en finir avec le manager des ventes refusant que les commerciaux passent du temps \u00e0 se former. Il ne faut plus qu&rsquo;il ait peur de ne pas atteindre ses objectifs de vente. Le learning doit \u00eatre per\u00e7u par tous comme un investissement rentable et non plus comme une fonction support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019engagement des dirigeants et des managers est cl\u00e9, c\u2019est un sujet sur lequel ils doivent se positionner fortement, par des prises de paroles mais aussi par l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9. On sait que Bill Gates lit 50 livres par an, que Elon Musk et Barak Obama en font autant, voire plus mais que sait-on sur nos dirigeants ? Leur \u00e9cole, X, HEC, ENA\u2026mais depuis ?
