Pourquoi ? Est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de mode ou est ce r\u00e9ellement ce qui peut faire la diff\u00e9rence entre des \u00e9quipes moyennes et des \u00e9quipes performantes? Et pouvons nous les fabriquer ? Comment ? Aujourd&rsquo;hui, comment \u00ab\u00a0fabriquons\u00a0\u00bb nous des comp\u00e9tences dans nos entreprises ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps, la <strong>formation <\/strong>\u00e9tait un sujet que l\u2019on laissait volontiers aux \u00ab <strong>fonctions supports<\/strong> \u00bb, \u00e0 tel point que certaines entreprises consid\u00e9rant le service \u00ab formation \u00bb comme un <strong>placard<\/strong>.  Aussi, nous trouvions \u00e0 ces fonctions \u00ab les collaborateurs qu\u2019on ne veut plus mettre face aux clients \u00bb&nbsp;: collaborateurs en fin de carri\u00e8re, collaboratrices de retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certes, on tra\u00e7ait les heures de formation dispens\u00e9es mais le service \u00ab formation \u00bb \u00e9tait <strong>plus un bureau administratif qu\u2019une \u00e9quipe orient\u00e9e vers les performances op\u00e9rationnelles<\/strong>. Peu souhaitaient le rejoindre car c\u2019\u00e9tait un endroit non strat\u00e9gique, peu visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors <strong>pourquoi<\/strong> aujourd\u2019hui, existe-t-il un <strong>tel engouement envers la formation ? <\/strong>Organisations, gouvernements, entreprises, start-ups, individus, investisseurs, tous s\u2019en emparent. Pourquoi parle-t-on d\u00e9sormais de \u00ab Learning \u00bb et non plus de \u00ab formation \u00bb ? Quels constats sur le rapport de notre \u00e9poque \u00e0 ce sujet ? de notre \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me ? des entreprises ? des \u00e9quipes et enfin de l\u2019individu ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s, lifelong learning, re&amp;upskilling, soft skills<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le learning se d\u00e9finit ainsi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L&rsquo;acte ou l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de celui qui apprend<\/li><li>Les connaissances ou comp\u00e9tences acquises par l&rsquo;instruction ou l&rsquo;\u00e9tude<\/li><li>La modification d&rsquo;une tendance comportementale par l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pour cela\nque nous parlons ici des enjeux du Learning et non plus seulement de ceux de la\nformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lifelong learning <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le monde \u00e9volue vite, si vite que les comp\u00e9tences deviennent rapidement obsol\u00e8tes. <strong>L\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie <\/strong>est devenu<strong> l\u2019un des enjeux cl\u00e9 de notre \u00e8re. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, les projets de Learning port\u00e9s directement par les Etats (Code for India, Skills Future \u00e0 Singapour) se multiplient. La r\u00e9forme de la formation fran\u00e7aise s\u2019inscrit elle aussi dans cette dynamique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"What is SkillsFuture?\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rdBobyZLl7M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption> Skillsfuture, better future for Singapore &amp; Singaporeans.  <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises sont face \u00e0 un risque de d\u00e9sinterm\u00e9diation : <strong>de perte du lien de formation avec leurs collaborateurs d\u00e9sormais plus libres de choisir \u00e0 quoi, comment, quand, avec qui ils se forment. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enjeu est double pour un dirigeant&nbsp;: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>comprendre <strong>quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s pour l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/strong> de l\u2019entreprise, <strong>aujourd\u2019hui et demain,<\/strong><\/li><li>proposer une<strong> offre de learning comp\u00e9titive, attractive<\/strong> pour ses collaborateurs et <strong>produisant les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires<\/strong> au d\u00e9veloppement de son entreprise.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Re&amp;upskilling<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 76% des dirigeants europ\u00e9ens interrog\u00e9s, <strong>\u00ab combler les lacunes potentielles en comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation \/ la num\u00e9risation \u00bb<\/strong> au sein de leurs effectifs est au moins dans le top 10 de leurs priorit\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 30% la classent m\u00eame dans le top 5, ce s<strong>entiment d&rsquo;urgence est motiv\u00e9 par le rythme acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de la transformation de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;entreprise et de sa concurrence. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"439\" src=\"https:\/\/widid.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/niv-de-priorit\u00e9-1024x439.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-584\" srcset=\"https:\/\/widid.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/niv-de-priorit\u00e9-1024x439.png 1024w, https:\/\/widid.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/niv-de-priorit\u00e9-300x129.png 300w, https:\/\/widid.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/niv-de-priorit\u00e9-768x329.png 768w, https:\/\/widid.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/niv-de-priorit\u00e9.png 1381w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption> <br>Niveau de priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019upskilling\/reskilling par les dirigeants <br>europ\u00e9ens interrog\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/future-of-work\/skill-shift-automation-and-the-future-of-the-workforce\"> (source : Mc Kinsey)     <\/a>    <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>70% des dirigeants europ\u00e9ens interrog\u00e9s estiment devoir upskiller <\/strong>(soit mettre \u00e0 jour les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s), ou <strong>reskiller<\/strong> (soit d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s) chez plus du quart de leurs collaborateurs d&rsquo;ici 2023 en raison de l&rsquo;avancement de <strong>l&rsquo;automatisation et de la num\u00e9risation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Pr\u00e9\u00e9minence des soft skills<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La robotisation des t\u00e2ches simples et le recours sans cesse plus fr\u00e9quent \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle impliquent que la valeur ajout\u00e9e de notre travail se fait de plus en plus avec les autres <\/strong>et non plus sur des acquis datant de nos \u00e9tudes. Nos syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs et de formation sont encore trop orient\u00e9s sur des logiques cart\u00e9siennes et individualistes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s = quel mix ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enjeu ici n\u2019est <strong>pas de remplacer les comp\u00e9tences classiquement reconnues, mais de les conjuguer avec les \u00ab&nbsp;soft skills&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> pour plus d\u2019agilit\u00e9, de r\u00e9activit\u00e9, d\u2019innovation dans une \u00e9poque de changements rapides et incessants. Ces \u00ab&nbsp;comp\u00e9tences douces&nbsp;\u00bb en fran\u00e7ais sont les comp\u00e9tences humaines et sociales que poss\u00e8de un individu.
