Chaque ann\u00e9e, plus de 3 000 \u00e9tudiants y sont form\u00e9s dans une dynamique d\u2019excellence technique, d\u2019ouverture sociale et d\u2019innovation p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de cette strat\u00e9gie, <strong>Katja Auffret<\/strong>, directrice du\u00a0<strong>Centre d&rsquo;Innovation et d&rsquo;Ing\u00e9nierie P\u00e9dagogiques (C2IP)<\/strong>, porte une vision claire\u202f: exp\u00e9rimenter des m\u00e9thodes actives, accessibles et utiles pour tous les publics \u2014 \u00e9tudiants ing\u00e9nieurs, aides-soignants, infirmiers, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019appel \u00e0 projets <strong>FURII DEM@TER \u2013 Comp\u00e9tences et M\u00e9tiers d\u2019Avenir (Sant\u00e9 Num\u00e9rique)<\/strong>, l\u2019INSA collabore avec WiDiD, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier et le CNRS LAAS &#8211; \u00e9quipe de Georges Soto Romero pour concevoir des simulateurs immersifs int\u00e9grant posture professionnelle, IA et r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Objectif : rendre la formation plus engageante, plus accessible, et plus proche du r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ce qui me passionne, c\u2019est l\u2019innovation et le fait de concevoir des choses qui aident vraiment \u00e0 apprendre. L\u2019important, c\u2019est de s\u2019adapter aux besoins des apprenants, peu importe leur niveau, car ils n\u2019apprennent plus comme avant.\u00a0\u00bb \u2014 Katja Auffret, Directrice de l\u2019innovation p\u00e9dagogique \u2013 INSA Toulouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La solution WiDiD : immersion, simplicit\u00e9 et impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des soft skills \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019INSA Toulouse, les <strong>soft skills<\/strong> font partie de l\u2019ADN p\u00e9dagogique depuis des ann\u00e9es. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, test\u00e9e ici dans le cadre du projet <strong>DEMOS (2020\u20132025)<\/strong>, s\u2019inscrit comme une \u00e9volution naturelle de cette approche : elle renforce l\u2019implication \u00e9motionnelle, facilite la m\u00e9morisation et stimule les apprentissages actifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une prise en main simple et rapide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>outil auteur no-code<\/strong> propos\u00e9 par WiDiD, les formateurs ont pu cr\u00e9er leurs propres sc\u00e9narios immersifs sans comp\u00e9tence technique. Des stagiaires ing\u00e9nieurs ont m\u00eame accompagn\u00e9 leurs coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 l\u2019IFSI dans la prise en main des outils, preuve de leur accessibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette exp\u00e9rimentation, les modules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s sur PC plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en casque VR afin de s\u2019adapter aux contraintes logistiques et \u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s, notamment pour les futurs aides-soignants et infirmiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des r\u00e9sultats concrets et mesurables<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>93 % des r\u00e9pondants ont jug\u00e9 les modules \u201ctr\u00e8s utiles\u201d ou \u201cextr\u00eamement utiles\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>63 % estiment avoir \u00ab beaucoup appris \u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 % souhaitent les r\u00e9utiliser pour approfondir leurs comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques en sant\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les modules sont intuitifs, rassurants, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 nos publics. Ils favorisent l\u2019engagement et permettent une vraie mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0\u00bb \u2014 Formatrice IFSI de Castres<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Donn\u00e9es issues d\u2019un questionnaire con\u00e7u par Anne Segond, administr\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 47 apprenants)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une collaboration fluide et durable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9ploiement s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re fluide gr\u00e2ce aux licences ouvertes et \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement propos\u00e9 par WiDiD. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019IFSI de Castres utilise les modules en toute autonomie dans le cadre de la formation des aides-soignants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La VR et l\u2019IA sont des outils puissants, mais rien ne remplace l\u2019interactivit\u00e9 et le contact humain. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que WiDiD fait la diff\u00e9rence : ils nous ont accompagn\u00e9s, form\u00e9s, \u00e9cout\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb \u2014 Katja Auffret<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vision d\u2019avenir : immersion et IA au service des apprenants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Katja Auffret, l\u2019enjeu d\u00e9passe la simple innovation technique. Il s\u2019agit de pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 interagir avec des technologies comme l\u2019intelligence artificielle tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019accompagnement humain :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019IA ne doit pas tout faire \u00e0 notre place. Il faut l\u2019int\u00e9grer intelligemment, en gardant l\u2019humain et l\u2019\u00e9thique au centre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette approche guide les exp\u00e9rimentations men\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019INSA Toulouse : outils immersifs pour renforcer la posture professionnelle, simulateurs pour exp\u00e9rimenter sans risque, et modules flexibles pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 tous les profils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019effet \u2018waouh\u2019 ne suffit pas. Le succ\u00e8s repose sur un accompagnement p\u00e9dagogique solide et une int\u00e9gration coh\u00e9rente dans le projet global de formation.
