Si vous d\u00e9couvrez ce terme, vous allez probablement me dire : \u00ab\u00a0une formation de courte dur\u00e9e, moins de 5 minutes\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Vous n&rsquo;avez pas compl\u00e8tement tort mais pas non plus tout \u00e0 fait raison !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer, c&rsquo;est une m\u00e9thode d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 distance compos\u00e9e de <strong>modules courts<\/strong> (moins de 5 minutes) d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 une <strong>notion pr\u00e9cise et sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong>, le tout <strong>disponible<\/strong> \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel moment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ce type d&rsquo;apprentissage, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;apprenant ne soit pas submerg\u00e9s d&rsquo;informations qu&rsquo;il ne retiendra pas. Il convient donc aux concepteurs de <em>granulariser<\/em> les contenus afin qu&rsquo;ils r\u00e9pondent au mieux aux besoins des collaborateurs apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9alisant cela, ils vont pouvoir d\u00e9velopper autant les dit \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Hard skills<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Soft skills<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.
