Il souhaite par exemple <strong>se former<\/strong> \u00e0 la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, en connaitre davantage, <strong>progresser <\/strong>dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous <strong>donnez<\/strong> \u00e0 votre apprenant <strong>le sentiment <\/strong>d&rsquo;avoir <strong>r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <\/strong>une action, <strong>il reviendra<\/strong>. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment aussi simple que de dire \u201cSuper travail !\u201d lorsqu&rsquo;un salari\u00e9 termine une t\u00e2che complexe ou non, cela permet de <strong>cr\u00e9er un jalon<\/strong> et de donner l&rsquo;impression de terminer un niveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait de proposer des <strong>r\u00e9compenses <\/strong>comme des badges \u00e0 la fin d\u2019un module, permet de <strong>renforcer <\/strong>une habitude ou un comportement. Ainsi, en fonction du profil de votre apprenant cela va l\u2019engager plus encore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Par exemple, un achiever\/ collectionneur qui apprend par \u00e9tape cherchera \u00e0 obtenir le plus de badges, il voudra tout compl\u00e9ter.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas, nous sommes <strong>comp\u00e9titifs par nature<\/strong>. La plupart d&rsquo;entre nous veulent aller plus loin et \u00eatre le meilleur. Avec la <strong>r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle<\/strong> comme terrain de jeu de <strong>WiDiD<\/strong>, il serait absurde de ne pas faire le lien avec la gamification. C&rsquo;est, en fait, l\u2019un des premiers jeux vid\u00e9o \u00e0 utiliser le <strong>mode non lin\u00e9aire<\/strong>. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lorsque les joueurs terminent des niveaux, ils acqui\u00e8rent de nouveaux sorts, armes et objets qui les aident dans leur qu\u00eate du tr\u00e9sor ultime.<\/li><li>Les t\u00e9l\u00e9porteurs d\u00e9placent des personnages entre les niveaux de donjon.
